Our designs will not be damaged through washing the printed garment. Our in-house printing facility located in Anaheim - Orange county helps us keep our prices low and deliver orders in a timely manner. Besides standard plastasol printing we can also print using specialty inks, such as glitters and shimmer We also print water base, discharge process, foil and four color process.
Embroidery
American Casual is a custom embroidery company located in Anaheim, Orange county. We have been providing business and schools with custom embroidered polo shirts, dress shirts, caps, sweatshirts, towels, tote bags and more since 2002.

Our in-house embroidery machine is one of the most advanced equipment that helps us deliver our customers quality embroidered products at a very competitive price.
DIGITAL TRANSFER
With Digital Transfer print technology we can decorate your full color design on almost any garment including T-shirts, caps, tote bags and more. It is a perfect economical solution for a small run jobs with multi-color design. There is No Film setup or Screen setup setup cost.

Applique or tackle twill is a technique for decorating a garment by layering special fabric onto a garment and securing it by embroidery using either satin or zig zag stitch. Applique is very popular with Schools, colleges Sororities and fraternities that want to make a big bold statement with their designs. Create custom Sorority or fraternity sweatshirt using Greek Letters or College Acronym using Bold letters
